its_visa, if you actually know her, please tell her that their staffs used to be very friendly but now all black-faced (maybe they're not working happily for some reasons), food size reduced, food quality worsen, prices gone up. I know many people still think their milk tea and pineapple bun are good and non-replaceable (actually milk tea quality worsen too), yet many of my friends stopped going there already (including me).

For the similar kind of restaurant, consider about the friendliness, price, and food quality, I rather go to 金都 la. Even free refill tim!

To be honest, which Chinese run restaurant kitchen is not dirty? And 金都's environment (mainly floor) might not be super clean, yet I never feel any kind of sick afterward. And I never found any unusual thing in their food lor.

The "gift" at 麗都 has been reduced too, in terms of quality and quantity and choices too. And even the 羅白糕, used to have quite a lot 臘味 but now only carrot bits.
