1) They believe there is a creator and the Bible tells them God is the creator. (If we believe automobile is created by man, why can we not accept the universe was created by God?).

We "believe" automobile is created by man, because we "know" it. But we really don't "know" who the God is, and if He really created this world. Or would that be many Gods out there?

2) Jesus is a historical person and his stories were recorded and can be verified.
3) There are historical artefacts and records confirm what is written in the Bible.

It can be proven that Jesus was a real person, a historical person who had lived in this world for about 33 years. As I said, just like David Copperfield playing incredible magic tricks, who can be 100% sure Jesus didn't play any kind of trick to cheat and trick people at all? Not even 1/10000000000000x possibility? If there would be a chance, even a very minimal chance, He is not God and not as true as what had written in the bible.

4) Many prophecies written in the Bible had happen and are going to happen confirm the power of the Bible.

Something like palm reading and fortune telling, many of them are somehow accurate and 靈驗 too. So, do they really mean something too?

5) Their personal experiences have confirmed the love and power from God.
     a.        God gives them hope when they are in a darkness
     b.        God gives them strength when they fall
     c.        God gives them conform when they suffer
     d.        God gives them wisdom when they are in trouble
     e.        God gives them guidance when the are lost
     f.        God gives them humble when they succeed

Just like any other religions, their believers also feeling blessed and comforted by the God they believe. Then why their Gods are no Gods but only the Christianity God is?
   

6) Many questions had been answered after they accept God and believe in the Bible. The text begins to make sense after that (they explained it was because they began to humble themselves).

We can't deny, there are people used to be Christians/believers before, yet after certain time/years of studying and understanding and analysis, they "found out" that "there is something wrong" with the religion (not necessary because of getting upset by peers) they used to believe in, and so they leave the church/religion/believe.

Very good! Thanks for your straight and clear answer. And it really save our time and work to look for a church and ask a pastor to find the answer, and probably the answer we'll be getting is pretty much like the same, or at least very close to yours. Since all Christians should get this idea/answer from the same book- bible anyways.
So, why did you put up this question?
If, you're asking other believers/Christians, the answers would be like 99% similar. Then, why ask?
If, you're asking non-believers, all the previous pages were the ideas you should be interest to know. So, why complain?

As you mentioned in #130, you hate people 定義都不知就亂拗. However, I also mentioned and questioned you, if you're expecting everyone's 定義 is the same or very close, then you needed not (and shouldn't) open this thread at all! You're doing something nonsense but you don't realize.
Like you said, don't over rank yourself, I don't need your patience if you don't feel like to reply anymore.

Well, the world is so big that there are a lot of things that are out of your imagination. Some people like to enter via front entrance while some people prefer back door. You can't stereotype all people would be like you.

There were a lot of clear descriptions about certain situations in the old testament, such as how to treat 痲瘋病人, 殘疾人, 同性戀....etc. How were this situations described in new testament? Same, or changed?

Again, why 同性戀 has being treated as the biggest "problem"? And as the verses mentioned:  "人若與男人苟合......", cuz the phrase "苟合" has the meaning of "illegal", so does it imply if people "stay together" (or married) in a legal way then it is not a problem?

Hmm.... just curious, most believers believe the bible as a whole, not picking some of them to believe and doubt on some of them.
What made you think Adam & Eve's background was not true? And what made you not believe God made human in the 6th Day?

Not to keep challenging you, mcjohnjohn, I just find you are different from many other believers.
I agree, such as 水變酒, 五餅二魚, they're kind of "miracles" and so some people deadly believe it and some don't. But regarding for "God made human in the 6th Day" is a kind of documentary data, how come you don't believe it?? In other words, you think God didn't made human in the 6th Day but maybe in the 3rd Day or 5th Day? So the 6th Day was just a wrong record or something? Mind to share?

How about, let's quote some other examples:

- if a Christian kills and confess to God, would he/she go to hell?
- if a non-believer kills and then believe in God after and also confess to God, would he/she go to hell?
- if a non-believer never kill, but he/she didn't believe in God, would he/she go to hell?
