that's what I did too.
bought it from t&t cos it's on discount
and had them chop it up for me
i cut the tubes open with scissors before steaming it.
dip it in butter or straight up.
i dunno how to get fancy with the sauce :p
butter is over the top for me already 
i would recommend some lemon for dipping sauce too 
tastes very fresh that way.
the crab already have salty sea water taste to it..seasoning shouldn't be complicated.
