I have a new story about 奉旨, I just joined a strata annual general meeting, during the meeting a few 大陸佬 owners complained and threatened to change the property management company just because they don't speak 國語 with the owner in the meeting, the agent clearly explained that due to respect and legal requirement, they must proceed in English or French, but the 大陸佬 owners still proposed to contract a very crappy management company just because they can speak 國語. How encouraging.... |
