If these mainland China people are so rich like you said, then when they bought their $2 million+ homes, very nice cars and other luxuries, the GST  that they pay to the government will be way more than you will ever pay.

But remember, there are rich immigrants from other countries driving up real estate prices as well. But we tend to fixate on just the rich Chinese immigrants and on just Richmond. Broaden your horizon please.

1) You should go to that shop in Parker Place, and try to talk those people there and find out why they did that.

2) Then come back here and report to us what happened at Parker Place. We need to do something about this to improve ourselves.

I am just saying we can try to communicate with the C9 at Parker Place and try to educate them how to improve their manners. That's what I meant.
So, if you are unwilling to do so (unwilling to speak Chinese or unwilling to help our community to improve), then fine. But please tell us which store at Parker, so we can do it for the community.

The so-called "one child policy" is only for people in the cities, not for those people in rural areas. Rural people can have more than one child.  Also, couples who are the only child in their families, can have more than one child. Also, many people just pay some "fine" to have more than one child, or just for pay the children's education themselves. So there are so many exceptions to the rule.
