wahahahahaha, as you know he thinks his way of thinking is always right. Maybe he is "愛之心, 恨之切", but his way if thinking is weird.
He even uses lies and distortion to prove that his points are correct. But when you give him some evidences, he just refused to see them. You can just lecture him, but to no avail.

Buiildings that were constructed in different years were built according to different standards. Just like here, many schools were built to the old standards, and have yet to be upgraded to meet the new standards. The Vancouver city hall building has not been fully upgraded yet. If it crumbles in an earthquake, does it mean it is tofu?

Of course, there are many tofu buildings that were supposed to meet the new standards in Sichuan. But many were older buildings were built to old standards.
