China has about $2.5 trillion foreign reserves, of which about $900 billion is US bonds. Japan has about $1 trillion foreign reserves of which about $800 billion is US bonds. That means Japan has a higher percentage of foreign reserves in US bonds.
All the other countries like Europe, Russia, India, middle east, Singapore, Korea etc also have a lot of US bonds.

Now the US is implementing this QE2 which is just printing a lot of money. This is why all the countries are outrage about this action.
