hahaha, ask your all levels of Canadian government to suppress the real estate prices.
Certainly, Vancouver and other cities control property taxes, lands sales, and zoning laws. They should increase land supply for residentials.
The Bank of Canada can control interest rates.

So when you ask China to control prices there, just should ask your own Canadian government to control prices first. Or are you saying Canada government are so inept and irresponsible that they cannot do anything?
