只有人民的选票先有权力踢走黄毓民，因为是人民的授权他入来做一切在议会所做的事 ...

hahaha, mad dog wong is allowed to enter the legislature as he is a legislator.
But every time he misbehaves and abuses his rights, he will be kicked out of that particular legislative meeting.
