the problem is not facility. I think they just need to break the test into few days.

The American organizer of the SAT should have set up exam centers in other cities in China, rather than asking all the students to come to Hong Kong.
Even in Hong Kong there are so many schools and universities that have large auditoriums. Why have all the students in the same place? |
