Do you people remember that many years ago when you buy newspaper in Hong Kong, they didn't give you a plastic bag? Then some years ago they started to use plastic bags. So you people should not take it for granted that they should give you plastic bags, as we are using way too many bags anyways. If you buy newspaper from a box on the street, do you get plastic bags? It is unreasonable to ask for plastic bags.
