Hey, Ma sir, please read carefully again. I was saying that people have the right to speak whatever languages in a public place. If they talk loudly, then its another issue altogether.
People have the right to speak whatever foreign languages in public library, parks, swimming pools etc. provided that the volumn is not too much. But you were saying they should not speak in a foreign language at all.
If you think about it, why can't we speak Chinese in Stanley park, which is a public park. There are so many tourists there anyway. |
