Lik is like that, he puts the blame on the HK government every time. For example, the Asian financial crisis, Lik put all the blame on uncle Tung, when it was the British government that mismanaged the HK economy before 1997.

Your claim that HK government is more incompetent than other governments is just that, your claim, since you are so biased against HK. The incidents that you quoted have happened in all countries around the world. It is just that you are not paying attention at all. HK government is not unique at all.

If you remember that Canada did not even send a plane to Thailand on time. How many countries actually send a plane to Thailand to evacuate the people? Most other countries probably did not.

The federal deficits is getting bigger and the government here has no clue what to do.
