I started teaching Professional Chef Training Program at BCIT  in 1981,
Certified Chef de Cuisine from Canadian Culinary Institute with Honour in 1990
Credentialed Foodservce Executive 2009, scored 1, ...

I'm Chef instructor, not working chef, I was with La Cote D'Azur, Jacques Sprattes,  Le Millieu, Beach House at Stanley Park, Wedgewood Hotel, Heidelburg,  Mozart, stint at William Tell,
