China is not the wealthiest government yet. Where do you get that idea from? What measure are you using? China is big and populous, so if you divide the resources among all the people, China is still not rich yet. And remember, China is still a developing country.

Like you said, Hong Kong government has the money, but more importantly, it has no net debt. As you know, Canada has lots of debt at all levels of the government. They need to pay interest to service the big debt instead of using the money on the people. You need to wonder why with the high taxes here already, the government still has lots of debt and deficit. The school boards has deficits and therefore needs to cut the number of school days. Are the social benefits here sustainable in the long term? If not, then Canada is going to be like Greece, Portugal, Spain etc, i.e go bankrupt?

You moron, the high prices are due to demand from immigrants and investors.
So even if there are some people who wash money here. What percentage of the total market is wash money? How many houses are involved? You need to provide evidence otherwise other people can sue you for defamation and slander.
I suspect another reason is local people who grow weeds in big houses. As you know, export of weeds is big business of this province.

Why are you lying? When did you say China has the "highest reserve"? You said China is the "most wealthy", but having the "highest reserve" is not the same as the "most wealthy".

i said it is a wealthy government, did i say the country is wealthy
tofu 發表於 2010-5-13 00:03

You have to make sure what you really mean? Per capita or not? Is China government wealthy or not? You cannot play around with ambiguity and then deny what you said.
The government having the "highest reserve" is not the same as the government is "most wealthy" . China is still a developing country.

Why did you lie about Hong Kong? For Hong Kong, they have free education, subsidized university, health care, social welfare and they will not go bankrupt like Greece, Spain or Canada.
Greece is bankrupt because they have too many people who don't understand the national debt and deficit.
