I think she did this because she dun want to pay extra money to board another flight.. she didnt show up at the time of entrance mah.. it's her fault... i think she worries what CX wont do anything for her and ask her to buy another tkt.

what if she got into some kind of accident that cause her to arrive late and had to make the flight to do something important to her?  maybe its the last chance to see her relative or something.  yo ...

well at least she didn't say this to CX (for what i saw on youtube)..she is even complained to the other man saying that he is so stupid.. and not sit inside the plane and wait for her.. so that she can get in the plane even late...

If she has something urgent..that caused the delay..she can politely tell it to CX agents... I am sure CX staffs will help her
