This time I don't think it's 豆腐渣... I believe it's mostly regarded to utilizing the wrong construciton process and procedure...

But the anti-Chinese morons are claiming that it is 豆腐渣 when it is clearly not.

唔係偷工減料，係施工／設計錯誤，　條壩塌ｏ左咪一樣會死人，　真材實料咁建造小學雞設計／監工ｏ既水壩，承建商無責任咩？　呢Ｄ係咪應該叫人渣工程／腦殘建設？
