G-麵 (拉麵) 男士

今天到置地醫肚﹐才發現我將“涮之亭”(taiwanese 開) 誤記做G-麵 (咖仔開).

G麵﹐口感很像粗的雲吞麵﹐彈牙有力﹐湯就像FAT的金太郎湯底﹐很多肥膏浮在面﹐所以麵吃下來好像很滑和很香﹐但都好過味千拉麵那個極重味精的湯底﹐

Pork就像金太郎的瘦肉﹐一槐肉﹐加些紫菜﹐$8一碗。女士們一碗剛剛好﹐男士們就一定要encore.  水準不錯。

裝修很好。G-麵 stands for ”Gyozana production 麵“。吃下午餐時會有下一次。

真想有個無聊人跟我一起去試食﹐不用跟食客無聊地玩eye tag.

Look nice, but very small!  But Pocky as a dessert....what a werid combination.

I haven't returned to this store after i had tried it last year.

peter 236, I think the thought of willing to try is very important.  My parents used to drive a Civic in HK, and it was a  piece of crap in the 80's.  However, it is one of the best selling cars here.  Why?  Because Japanese people are wiilling to try and that's what beats the world.

Ramen with Cheese, nice try.  I do hope our wonton noodles could have some creative force in it in the future.

Hey 嘉嘉, oh no wonder...it's mini size, so I thought how come there is so little rice, hehe.
