They should have done it earlier and stop the radioactive leak(air/water/land) by burying the whole thing under concrete(with lead) like the Russian did before. Now it has become a major diaster for Japan and the world. All the responsible people who tried to save the factory(and their investment) should be put to court and tried for crime against humanity!
