You see a guy is going to rape/raping a gal.....
You see a guy is going to stab/stabbing a gal.....


that's different......if a GUY doing harm to anyone,
i bet some ppl would STOP the GUY

the kid pees into the gap, how does the pee harm your body? maybe smell? but the pee smell doesn't really existed like obstacles - (dont' know how to spell the word)(don't know if i spell right)

workers in MTR should be responsible for this....
workers are responsible the safety of the passengers

and this situation, Will he/she talk to the mother/ or talk to MTR workers
ppl don't want to get involve of any cases/situations....because they have to go to court/police station to report...
and really messing up their time......

if harmful, ppl must help right away instead ignoring someone

will the mother continue to let the kid pee at other stations

that's why people MUST follow the LAWs
and we need police to help.....

at that situation, MTR workers/stuffs should stay in the train for safety.......
or use camera to record what had happened in the train

to miniize the crime at trains

i believe that mainlander suggest hk had return to them
so they can do whatever they want in HK
