不知道大家最近的互聯網供應商的服務如何
我和我姐呢, 每天都活在瘋狂的邊緣
多得SHAW
所以, 又是時候打電話上去跟他們的客戶服務....傾訴一下這個問題了
但因為我免得又像上次一樣
"Oh, it's your router's problem"
"We're fine on our side, all the signals seems to be normal"
等等的對白
就被草草了事
所以!
這次我想表達的是希望讓他感覺到, 我們真的有急切的需要把這問題修正

請幫忙修改以下的開場白....
Hello, this is calling from (地址) and our account number is (消音). We are currently subscribed to Shaw's Hi speed cable program, where service should provide up to 60mbps. But, we firmly believe that the service being provided has not met a fraction of what has been promised. For example, loading shaw.ca took up to 34 seconds. We DO have a router, but the page was being loaded while we have the cable connected from the modem directly to our computer. We would like to see if there is anything that you can do to solve this problem. Thanks.
