還不錯吃

不過很滿意湯底 (香西魚湯)
可惜....全家餐廳只有20個座位
星期天打算拉11個人去看來要改地點了

愛吃麵的我
絕對會去多至少五次
六碗麵, 一樣一樣慢慢試

還有...被旁邊那個停車場騙了我....開了進去才知道....啊...有閘的.....


不過, 這樣的一家店
10點關門太早了吧?
星期五六開到11點
都太早了吧?

(不過我今天9:35進去, 看到兩個老外9:55進來都做他們生意, 真的還不錯...最後坐到10:20離開....都還有3座人在哪裡....辛苦員工了)

(門口還說批皮多名員工.....20個座位的餐廳頂多兩個waiter就夠了吧....還需要多? =口=)

多左個沙爹牛肉米線
仲有兩個其他野

不過就冇print係個menu度.....我睇完menu叫左碗鴨湯米線先發覺有新野

最近兩個禮拜有冇人去過米線

服務生由年輕人變晒做中坑
食物水準真係差左一大截
有冇人知道係咪轉左手

係waitress唔見咗以前個女仔 (但都唔見佢已經好耐)

Quality截然不同

之前係個塊面圓圓地幾可愛既女仔做   (我6月返香港之前)
佢就weekend only既...

不過之後weekend去就變左個面尖尖長頭髮既女仔
都好後生

尋日個個至少35+
沖奶茶既由小帥氣弟弟變成成熟大男人     (熟到地中海個隻)


Waiter就唔講喇
食物質素一直都好好


直到尋日.....

沙茶牛肉米線   出到來一劈野  牛肉粒冇以前咁軟
芝麻雞湯米線   似白芝麻胡 + 湯底咁    以前blend得埋架   尋日味道就怪怪地
幸好自己碗中辣既麻辣地獄湯米線差唔多

真係同之前差好遠囉

personally I think 米線之王 is not bad la
and I do agree 牛仔's 米線 is better~

i went there lastnite too! i've waited quite long for my noodle;
and the waitress told me dat one of the kitchen staff went home sick.
i guess this may be why they were so ****ty last nite.

yeah, I went there a couple weeks ago for dinner
the waitress told us they had free bubbe tea too. We were quite happy about it

and for the tea time hour, they have the $4.99 menu with a free milk t ...
