Question...when people cook steak, aren't you suppose to keep as much juice inside as possible, so why did you cut a pattern on the steak?

要嚟得好RAW架！

有得揀的話。。。我唔要我塊扒穿金戴銀扮上菜（又SAUCE又切定片etc）
我鍾意自然美扒（齋煎／GRILL加GROUNDED SALT ＆ PEPPER）
