I saw a lot of cop in subway which across the coffee shop.. but they don't care.. they saw them smoke, they even stop in front of the shop tim..

but it's end up .. the cop make turn to subway.. and have a break with another cops.. there's tons of cops in that parking lot .. but useless

    cuz of they are the biggest group in that coffee shop.. the coffee shop's cashier said that they been there since last owner.. at least 3 years..
