So it must be those calls try to sell insurance charge.
I usually ask them to verify are you from RBC/CIBC etc, they usually say it very fast that they are blah blah bank agency etc etc.

The first time I receive this phone call, I was polite and listen the whole conversation and told him very clear TWICE that I DO NOT need this service and my family is able to pay my debt if I pass away...

Then, ever since, once in awhile I received these phone calls.  As soon as they mention the word "protection insurance" I make sure I said it slow and loud "I am not interested" and hung up on them
