nobody uses your kijiji in the states while Groupon has half a million visitors in each city.

I personally think the benefit of giving out those coupons is not worth the cost, but then it really depends on the nature of the business

Kijiji is owned by eBay anyway.
They can just buy off groupon if they want to.

Groupon has already built a trusted customer base.  And it doesn't make sense for Amazon to integrate this business model into their current model.  Even though there are 10+ other sites, I still like to stick with Groupon.

there's some synergy by combining the two but 6B is way overpriced
