If you have been there, the DineOut potion at C is "small".  And I agree that their DineOut dishes isn't as good as normal dishes.  It is one place that I wouldn't suggest to go during DineOut.

For those who hasn't been there, you could said whatever.  For me (call me cheap), I don't mind to spend $ on food.  But if it is good food, I do want to have couple more bites.  Screw it when a place leaves me an empty stomach when I walk out.

We only went to Mosaic this year.  Fun and relax environment, food were all food and it is only $28.  Server were very busy though with all the dineout people (so many asian there).

Hermitage is one that I always enjoy going back.  Try that out.
