I was there this evening, just want to give you some tips.  there is a free parking, it said free for 1st hour, but don't worry, they don't really care.  there are two guys manage the traffic, so quite safe.
if you are wearing smaller than size six, don't waste your time la, only one rack.  size 7 & 8 have the most.  
better to go in the morning.  when i was there, there were more shoes on the floor than the racks.  they said they are suppose to restock them regularly, but they don't have enough people to do it la.  i didn't see any bcbg or ms, may be i was too late for the day.
