no matter where are your employees from, they are all the same. just like a fresh grad will accept an entry position to start with, but after they get the experience, they will fry la.
more Filipinos than Chinese because less Chinese are qualified. most Filipinos have 10+ years experience in hk before they come here and they can speak fluent english. Chinese are either can't speak english or has no experience. |
