our medical service is not free or only $50/month.   our tax free day is in july, which mean more than half of our salaries gone to taxes.  and part of our taxes are use to support our medical service.
americans have their private insurance companies to take care their medical plans, and we have our govn't to take care our medical plans.  all services are paid by our money, so we do request quality service.

we all pay taxes, but how much you pay ar, americans tax free day is in april, which are months ahead of canadians.  don't tell me americans pay more tax than canadians ar. i just want to tell you, our medical service is not virtually free or $50/month.  we pay a lot to it, we should receive quality service as well.
yes, everyone makes mistake, but at least we shouldn't let the same mistake happene again.  investigation is necessary.  if it is not just an accident, her family should get compensation, which included money form govn't & the doctor own liability, or maybe suspend the doctor's license.  otherwise this may happen to somebody else, maybe someone closes to you.
so as what you said, those ones who involved in the bus accident shouldn't ask for compensation -->  bus fare will increase ar.
