i think its just another case of miscommunication due to language barrier....but as we all know..our customs like to target moms with several pieces of big luggages.
the customs are not trained to be friends with you...like one of the article said..they r the first line of defense on our boarder...so its not unusaul sometimes that their tones and actions are 'harsh'
also..sometimes you just have to give sympathy to all the sht they hv to deal with everyday ..its not an easy job to do...jsut let them to do their job...u hv nothing to hide right?
