well..even they provide plastic bags at costco..with the size they sell on most of the items...it will cost them a lot of money just on providing the plastic bags
for t&t..it sounds more like offsetting the cost for purchasing the plastic bags on their side rather than helping out the environment since theirs bags are supposed to biodegradable already...and 2 cents a bag is really a joke..it wont stop most ppl from getting a bag |
