For Chinese food, I usually go to Public Market in the food court, I think its called "百味“ or something, it has the word "百“ something...sorry I don't remember the name, but if you enter from the food court entrance in 2nd floor, the store is in front of you at the far end (not the same side as the 車輪餅, its opposite of it.  Their party dishes are pretty good, we usually order party trays from there for Christmas events or party as well.
