I think the weird part is, he or she has been here for years and back years he or she has the $$$ to buy a home (when he or she was only 20+), so ppl were probably challenge at this point... of course MJJ you are 80's and can afford, we all know it

of course if he or she is older (closed to 40 or 40+), ppl will be easier to accept this, as my mum told me that there were years in the past that hk house price was really cheap
