I went to Apple store at lunch time, the guy served me has very ugly black polish on his fingers (but 60% is off ), and a very bad mouth smell , his face is like haven't washed for a few days, very oily... I don't know how they hire their staff? Do they consider ppl's apparance? One time I chatted with the other CSR (a fat guy), he said they got no commision, so are they just p/t or having completely no salary? How can they let their staff work like that? It's disgusting, draw customers away totally...
