- note taking during meeting and then can sync to 2 iphone
- watch magazine, books and comics so that I don't have carry books. I can make my own e-books
- Stream videos from desktop including RMVB and I can watch it in the bathroom
- use pdf maps for traveling so I don't have to bring map books & travel books with me

Above are the things that can do better with iPad than iPhone. If you are a DJ, I see some cool apps that can do a lot of things too.

Main reason that i think ipad isn't 废 is because I just bought it for $499US @1:1 and Canada Custom didn't charge me any taxes. lol

The original apple iPad case allows you to put the iPad in an angle which actually works very well f ...

I played at Apple Store, the only drawback I found so far is it's weigh... a bit too heavy IMO...

I'm happy that I decided to buy the cheapest model, it is fun and handy. Definitely I will think  iPad is somehow 废 if I buy 64GB+3G

    hmm.... are you familiar with iphone OS and have you check out what kind of apps you can get at itunes store, and are they useful to you??? Cuz to me it does a good job for my business.

Maybe you should check out Itunes store for what kind of apps will be useful for you before making the decision la.
