i think all bank customer service are suck, i am not using HSBC now, but i think when you call the phone number, its connected a call center which means they are not really the people on the branch.

- If interest rate rockets up, you can always change it back to fixed


when you lock into fixed rate at that time, r u able to get the same fixed rate as today?
