   What is communist regime compare to 5,000 years Chinese
   civilization?
    They are merely rubbish in history,  Chinese had experienced
    dark age many times, the Mongols ruled China for almost 100
    years but they were drove away, the Manchurian ruled China
    for 200 years and overthown. read some more chinese history
    instead of kissing your master's feet.
    Challenges for China? the communist created problem so big that
     they are unable to deal with.
     My parent chose to emigrate to Canada because they had no
confidence in  Red regime,  why you left your great motherland and
never return to contribute more?

Waiting for the communist to give up control of justice? you must be fooling yourself,
see what happen in China: law firms get shut down just for defending the innocents.No one will feel free to express themselves  without facing consequences.
A famous lawyer  proclaimed that he would no longer fight for civic right because he is
worrying about his family and colleagues.
CCP still reigns just because most mainlanders would bow to the authority instead of fighting it.
At least you are right about me: I'm lucky enough to live outside the Red empire and
I can criticize the Canadian government and Chinese authority without fear. It is something I cherish.
My parents spend their life fighting Japanese for war crime, it is not easy task but I will carry the baton. It is our mission.At least I feel peace and proud to be Chinese. Please do not mix up the red regime with Chinese civilization,
they are just like the Moguls, they will be  end up  in the trash

Silly said, the Communist only open door for economy, not willing to give
the citizen the freedom they deserved.
I keep saying, we had democratic election back in 1911, it is the communist
that rob it from us.
Your  vision is exactly what the communist want  you to be:
I'll give you democracy when I think you  are ready, I decide when and how.
Strong military, in a way it is true, no other military in the world has the
abundent resource PLA  own,
they have their own newspapers, movie corps,  actors/actress,  scholars,
propaganda machine, hospitals,
many artists that possess high  military decorations, manufacturing plants,
premium  land properties...the list goes on and on.
the PLA is  not the national force, it belongs to the CCP ALONE, so no one dare
to make any wrong move. They can decide who would stay in power.
You keep telling us that the Chinese are not ready for universal democracy,
echoing exactly what Premier Zhu 's famous speech:
Chinese are low in intellectual to acquire democracy,
it is only fool would believe;   try to preach to any college student from Taiwan
your idea of democracy and you will learn something.What you have contributed here is  just a  loud speaker of CCP's policies

Last but not least,
you keep saying Chinese is lagging behind the Western powers,
do you know why?
It is because Chinese has no democracy and ruled under
stale government machine. People are not allowed to express
their political  and justice opinion.
Chinese citizen will not gain universal democracy as long as CCP in power, period
you can keep dreaming.
