問題係, 如果個員工係當席時拍, 而佢拍黎係俾公司做record, 就無問題, 但如果係為自己一時高興, 就有違操守.  咁真係會影響公司形象.

如果佢落左班影既, 就無問題.

第二個問題係... 其實都唔關cathay 事,  就係套片既distribution 問題. 佢未徵求對方同意而拍及發放, 係可能引發私隱問題 ---- 辜問論個女人做過咩, 你 like or dislike her action.
