Why are you assuming we are criticizing PRC's corruption problems? It's the government official's lack of competence in creating an efficient Railway system. If you are not capable, be like Translink and get New Flyers or Bombardier to do it! Translink did have problems with it's buses, but not to the point where it involves the safety of the civilians. Government official lack ethics and responsibly. They have a total disregard of people's lives. When the government doesn't care about the people, the people will imitate them as examples. This is why Chinese lack morals. |
