【案件編號:ESCC2268/10】

Hong Kong's legal system is a British system where new cases are based on previous cases.

Moron, you still don't get it, eh?

For the record, 33mg is 50% more than 22mg. More importantly, he is charged with these 4 violations:

Is a 50% higher blood alcohol level only "slightly above limit" as you say? Does doing well in school means the kid can be above the law? Most importantly, does being rich means he can be above the law?

Cowboy is as 賤 as the moron, but at least he doesn't try to put forth idiotic arguments as you do.

Moron,

If you want to put up a valid argument, at least get your facts straight la. The Richmond RCMP, Jimmy Ng, was killed by a speeding motorist. That person was sentenced to 18+6  months worth of jail time:

The street racing incident that killed Irene Thorpe resulted in a 2 year sentence. Unfortunately, it was a conditional sentence with terms that are far too lenient.

In both cases, there is no mention that the drivers did not have their driver licences, so it is reasonable to assume they had them. Also, the incidents were not drunk driving.

I never said Canada and the Western world are the best. I only insist that HK is getting consistently worse, to the point of reaching lawlessness for the rich, and severe injustice for the poor. And then there is China, which is way worse.
