i get 1.5 x regular rate for OT-ing
i get paid extra if i couldn't take breaks because it's too busy
on stat holidays if i have to work i get 2.5 x regular rate
and you were saying?
seriously, people in hk has more of this issue than here in canada. waaaaaaay worse.
they dont even dare to ASK to leave on time, let alone getting paid for OT. |
