I am wondering what are you concerns regarding Bubble tea place and expectations:

Drinks:
Does it has to have a lot of varieties?
What particular drinks is "THE MUST HAVE"? (Excluding the regular bubble (milk)tea, green tea)

Food:
What kind of food are the "MUST HAVE"?
Would you go to bbt place, even the food is not so good?

Decor/ambiance (氣氛;周圍環境;格調):
Do you like BBT place have very good 情調 (dimmer)? or brighter?

Servers:
Does the 侍應's 身材 has to be good and pretty?
And 制服 needs to be sexy?

And from the above which one is more important to you? (Please rank 1 = most important, 4= the least important)

My friend is planning to open a bbt place and ask me for advice

I think cleanliness is a must, that's why I didn't ask

As for "Does the 侍應's 身材 has to be good and pretty? And 制服 needs to be sexy?"
I was just asking because one of my guy friends suggest that all servers need to be pretty and wear sexy 制服.
I do not aggree with him, I was just asking out of curiosity
I think server should be friendly, knowledgeable, sincere and flexible.
