    Personally I prefer Dungenese crab,
    King crab occasionally when I have group of friends.
    Spider crab is good,
    Snow crab is only  good for All Ya Can Eat buffet, not worth paying for it

It is true in some case, especially they put it on special.
I check out many kitchens already.
Again, I think it is a bad practice to cheat on customers

I  think the seafood shop at Lonsdale Quay does cooking for a reasonable fee.For me it would be easy, I can go to 30 different restaurants and ask the
chefs to cook it for me for a fee.

Next week will be at the Hyatt, want to meet me there?How about River Rock? Fairmont or Convention Centre?

My work involved working with chefs,
and most of the top chefs are my friends.
I meet with them  in group often.
My students won some awards at the competition
next week so I will be attending the event.
I'll  reveal the winning recipes and pictures next week
