Try to cut down on  deli meat,  ham, bacon, pastrami, smoked beef,  deli roasted turkey, deli chicken roll etc. they are packed with sodium and preservatives, causing heavy burden to your heart and kidney.  Luncheon meat is not  healthy at all, what you get is ground pork and tons of fillers and fat

I like English bacon (Gammon) or Canadian back bacon.
German Kassler is good too.
Mostly lean meat and  less sodium

You can eat more  Omega 3  eggs without worrying about  cholesterol level,
the chicken are on  flax seeds diet. When I eat eggs,  I use 1 whole egg plus 2 egg whites.
Still taste good
