Just trust your gut feeling, nobody tells you what to do.  Listen to the writers and journalists that are reputable and non-biased.
The Chinese nationals has been " Educated" by the CCP for over 60 years, they were university students and teachers, not the average peasants and illiteracy , I do not  think they would easily influenced  and manipulated by "Foreign propagandas easily. Just who is trying to fool us?
The so called  " Anti-revolutionary Law" itself is a great joke, ask any Canadian or even Hong Kong citizen would agree with, even the communist.
All the  old CCP leaders  started out rebels, outlaws, fugitives. When they overthrew the KMT, they  called themselves "revolutionary , democratic and progressive heroes"
once they were in power, anyone other than CCP could be accused anti-revolutionary,  it is ironic. And don't forget, how many CCP leaders had became " Traitor, Spy, Capitalist's Agent, People's Common Enemy and Anti-Revolutionary? even Deng
