But the wiki  are uploaded by everyone without audition, the info may not be all accurate, unlike the Britannica

I did not put judgement on anything, just sharing what I observed in the past 40 years.
I'm too old to pick a fight, but there is something in life you need to speak up, especially
when you were framed repeatly.  I do not know about car, computer, photography etc. but in
term of food, I have done hundreds of public speech in Canada and USA.

I'm just amazed that somebody insisted that he know all about me,
I have been immensely involved with 8 community groups:
1.  HACCP Implementation
2.  Hospitality & Tourism Training, mostly Oversea Students
3.  Elections Canada
4.  Churches, Community service  & Benevolent societies
5.  Continuing Education
6.  Fooderrvice Professionals: CAFP, BCRA, CCFCC, IFSEA etc.
7.  Restaurateurs
8.  Consumers resources Services
It is very rare for average people to participate more than 3 of the above groups,
that's reason I said only my wife would know about me, she is always there to support me.
To my son, I'm just an average father.

It was someone keep saying that I know nothing about food and should shut up and learn.
I have to admit that I'm not authority in wonton noodles although I have set up some very successfully business in Canada and HK.
When did I ever say that I make good wonton? I only stated that I have eaten  good wonton noodles in Canton, Macau, Hong Kong.
And my late friend made the best wonton I ever had.
I even asked Peter where to find good food in Canton.
I simply share what I know, such as the solution of the topic how to get rid of the 鹼水味 from the noodle.

Did I  ever promote my cousin's or my students' restaurants here? 100's of them in total.
I do not need advertising,  85% of my business are from the Caucasion, not Chinese.  I'm semi retire, so I spend half of my time doing volunteering work.
Only 2 out of the 8 groups are revenue generating  business, and I never mention my name or my company.  I  post my activities in Facebook, it is
no secret either. We fed 800 homeless  people for community lunch on Tuesday, another free lunch at Knox Community Church Kerrisdale on November 10,
I would take a whole day off to serve the less fortunate people, just for a thank you handshake,  you can  call it advertising too.

No, I'm not going to type 30,000 Chinese words here.  I'm a gourmand.
However, there are some good books on the history of Cantonese food, including
wonton. They were available at the SUP bookstore last month.
