I have yet to see the prove that it doesn't violate the copyrights.  I don't see any statements in Appledaily that allows people to re-publish their content on the internet.

If I miss it (cos I'm blind at times) then here is my apology UPFRONT.

so some other people are also breaking the law then it's ok to break the law?

Nowadays I just paste the URL and the subject.  I don't even know if it's ok.  I stopped cut-n paste ever since I'm aware of the implications.  

Oh yes, Admin has the responsibility to clean up the copyrighted content in his site - that includes the entertainment section.
