稱呼她做 operatress.
如果呢個字有分女性的話
doctor可以有doctress

Yes"以身殉國" is 成語 it has an implication that you will do it intentionally or willingly. You cannot make up something like 以身殉職 because you are not intentionally or willinly to die in the line of duty. You cannot because there is a 成語 like this and you can invent something similar.If so then we will have 以身殉情以身殉愛 Don't you think it make sense?
