仲有，多數轉播其他電視台的新聞片段時，畫面都不清楚，或是焦距不對，尤其是TVB新聞。

They digital enlarge the picture to get the statiobn logo out , so that no one knows which other station's news that they are using.

There is nothing wrong about that. They got the news from many western media.
The other Chinese news from omni is better because omni is part of the Rogers group, so they probably have more resource ...

You mean the western media all got poor quality pictures?
Rogers? They are wireless phone company, how can they are good  in TV?

If they got the right to use them, why enlarge the picture to hide their logos making big heads, picture so不清楚?

How do I know about that? You moron, I know that by watching the news on TV, they didn't do that all the time.

They do it again last night, the joggers in UBC, WoW, what a big head, poor picture quality.
Do you know why? they use cheap computer software and home video camera for their production.

小弟覺得晝面質素都是其次ｏ
不知道從其他新聞媒体買新聞片是以秒計錢(相信是)，一小段片段重複又重複在新聞報導員旁述時播放,有一次報導一宗兇案,畫面看見有救護員在現場多次把人體搬離,(心想乜咁大劑)。後來弄清楚 ...

I don't think they buy picture count in seconds, it should be the right to reboardcast all those on air news stories. Usually they pick the story and add what they think should be added into the story like reactions from the minority group etc.to make it like their own production.
